James Stewart Exhibit

Opening Reception with the artist, Thursday September 24, 2015, 5-8PM
The show will run till October 15, 2015

James Stewart has been one of Gallery 71's prominent artists since 1995.  He received his art education at Thiel College and at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.  Mr. Stewart has received several accolades: the 2007 Guggenheim Fellowship for Painting Stimson Prize For Sculpture, Black and White Print Prize, the Philadelphia Artist Award, and the Stewardson Prize for Sculpture, just to name a few.

We are pleased to present his most recent works, which are captivating with intriguing subjects.  The works transport you to the very scene they depict; whether it's schmoozing at a nightclub or enjoying a late night campfire at a youthful bash.  Please join us for the opening reception of James Stewart's 7th show at Gallery 71, Thursday September 24th from 5-8 pm.
